Night Penalty rates
Our overnight shift — the only shift that attracts penalty rates. Perfect for night owls.
We ask all casual workers to commit to at least 2 shifts a week (16 hours) — pick whichever shifts suit your schedule.
Penalty rates apply to the night shift (8pm – 4am) only. All other shifts are paid at the standard rate.
Van & equipment fully provided
No vehicle? No problem. We supply the van, the tools and everything you need from day one.
The work
What you’ll do
- Battery swaps — replace discharged e-bike batteries across Sydney
- Moves — relocate e-bikes into high-demand zones
- Deploys — roll bikes out from our Alexandria warehouse
- Retrievals & tidy tasks — bring bikes in and line them up neatly at parking pins
What you need
- A valid Australian driver’s licence
- An ABN (or the ability to get one)
- A smartphone — iPhone or Android
- A minimum of 16 hours a week — that’s 2 shifts
- Punctual, reliable and self-motivated
- No experience needed — we train you
